This bachelor thesis deals with the design of process management activities in a company which is focused in designing gas, aqua and electricity activities.The first part of the bachelor thesis is focused on information about the company. The second part explains the theoretical basis. The following part analyzes the current state of the company followed by the last part which is focused on the proposal of the order improvement in terms of delivery dates, quality and costs.

This thesis is concerned with software support the selling process in an engineering company in První brněnská strojírna in Velká Bíteš, a.s which is a traditional manufacturer of high-speed machines for aeronautics and energetics. In detailed analysis is pointed out costumer service, for which the company does not use any system. Conclusion contains a possible design optimization process in terms of CRM system.

Process design for cooperation

The bachelor's thesis deals with the problem about process of cooperation of one company with more than twenty other suppliers. The subject of the work is the analysis of the supply chain of suppliers of cooperation and further the analysis of the cooperations themselfs. The analysis is performed mainly by the SWOT analysis method. The outputs of this analysis are mapped in the design part of the work by the method of process maps and creates a new improved design of the cooperation process. The economic evaluation of the work evaluates the proposed measures according to a rough estimate and creates a rough idea of the profitability of investments in the cooperation process.

Prozessbeschreibung zur Integration von Ecodesign und Maschinensicherheit in den Produktentwicklungsprozess

Diplomová práce řeší problematiku vzniku nových požadavků, které jsou kladeny na vývoj nových výrobků s ohledem na budování nízkouhlíkové ekonomiky a zvýšení bezpečnosti výrobků. V první části diplomové práce je popsán stav vědy a techniky v oblasti procesního řízení a následně je popsán životní cyklus obráběcího stroje, s důrazem na vývoj stroje. V druhé části je provedena rešerše v oblasti legislativních požadavků na bezpečnost stroje a na ekodesign stroje do vývoje. V praktické části je provedena analýza hlavních procesů firmy produkující výrobní stroje, a to s důrazem na procesy v oblasti bezpečnosti a ekodesignu. Následně jsou navrženy procesy pro stanovení a ověřování bezpečnosti. Dále práce popisuje metodiku implementace ekodesignu do procesů firmy, která je prezentována na procesech firmy a demonstrována na jednoduchém příkladu vrtačky. Diplomová práce má tak praktický přínos v zavedení subprocesu stanovení a ověření bezpečnostních požadavků a zavedení procesu vývoje produktu v rámci realizace ekodesignu na produktech firmy.

Reliability issues in the development and production of control systems

The master thesis deals with the reliability issues in the development and production of control systems. First, the company UNIS, a.s. is described with an emphasis on the Division of Aviation and Advanced Control. A list of ways of managing the organization, which deals mainly with the positive features of process management and the creation of process maps. The following is an analysis of business processes from the quality management system in the company UNIS, a.s., through the current overview of processes and controlled documentation to the basic processes of the Division of Aviation and Advanced Control. Then the development and production processes are analysed in detail. This is followed by a system analysis of the issues addressed, which describes, how is it appropriate to proceed with process management and why. There are also FMEA and FTA methods, which are further applied to determine the current state of processes in UNIS, as. The FMEA and FTA methods resulted in findings that are discussed in the next recommendation. Finally, the achieved results are evaluated.

Diplomová práce řeší problematiku vzniku nových požadavků, které jsou kladeny na vývoj nových výrobků s ohledem na budování nízkouhlíkové ekonomiky a zvýšení bezpečnosti výrobků. V první části diplomové práce je popsán stav vědy a techniky v oblasti procesního řízení a následně je popsán životní cyklus obráběcího stroje, s důrazem na vývoj stroje, spolu s požadavky a doporučeními ISO 9001:2016 – Systémy managementu kvality – Požadavky. V druhé části je provedena rešerše v oblasti legislativních požadavků na bezpečnost stroje a na ekodesign stroje do vývoje. V praktické části je provedena analýza hlavních procesů firmy TOS KUŘIM – OS, a.s., a to s důrazem na procesy v oblasti bezpečnosti a ekodesignu. Následně jsou navržena zlepšení procesů, do nichž jsou aplikovány subprocesy na stanovení a ověřování bezpečnosti. Do procesů je aplikován subproces umožňující produkci strojů plnících požadavky ekodesignu. Diplomová práce má tak praktický přínos v zavedení automatizovaného subprocesu stanovení a ověření bezpečnostních požadavků a zavedení subprocesu vývoje produktu v rámci budoucích požadavků ekodesignu na produkty firmy TOS KUŘIM – OS, a.s.
